Personal data

The directory publishes the professional contact details of experts: surname, first name, municipality, telephone, email, specialities and status on the Court of Appeal list. These details come from the list published by the Court of Appeal of Cayenne and from information provided to the association. An expert’s full address is never published.

Members have a personal area, opened at the association’s invitation: there they update their contact details and find the documents the association sends them, such as their membership receipts. These documents are visible only to the member concerned and to the site administrators. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Registrations for training courses (surname, first name, email, telephone, role, organisation; for a paid course, the amount, date and method of payment, never any bank details) are used solely to organise the association’s training courses, to keep the attendance list and to issue certificates of attendance; only members of the board have access to them.

The site sends a few messages related to these services, from the association’s email account (Gmail): an invitation to open their members’ area, a link to change their password, confirmation of registration for a training course and a reminder the day before, notification of a new document. It keeps a record of each message sent for 90 days (date, recipient, subject), never the text of the message.

The association is responsible for this data. Any expert may request the rectification of their profile, or object to its publication, by writing to expertsjustice973@gmail.com.

The site does not set any audience measurement or advertising cookies: only technical cookies, needed for logging in. It counts its visits without cookies and without keeping visitors’ addresses: it keeps only daily totals (pages viewed, phone or computer, the site the visitor came from, words searched for in the directory), which are consulted by the site administrators. No data is passed on to any third party.
